Mô tả chung / Job Purpose or Summary:
The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for leading the human capital strategy across the entire group. This role will focus on talent development, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness to drive business success. The CHRO will serve as a key strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with corporate objectives.
Trách nhiệm chính / Main Responsibilities
Human Capital Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for key leadership roles.
- Foster a high-performance culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
Talent Development & Leadership:
- Design and oversee leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
- Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the workforce.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
Total Rewards & Compensation:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management and reward systems to ensure pay-for-performance alignment.
- Continuously assess market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in employee benefits.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Establish policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Leverage HR technology and analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are embedded into HR practices.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development:
- Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
- Act as a champion for corporate values and organizational culture.
Yêu cầu / Requirements
Trình độ học vấn / Education: Bachelor or above
Chuyên môn / Professional major:
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Khả năng ngoại ngữ / 2nd language ability: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Khả năng vi tính / Computer usage ability: Strong data analytics skills (ERP, Excel, PowerBI, SQL, etc).
Kinh nghiệm làm việc / Related experiences:
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong expertise in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
- Experience in leading large-scale HR transformation and change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
